Blue Leg Hermit Crab

Blue Legged Hermit Crabs are great little hermits to add to any cleanup crew. They are smaller than most hermit crab species only getting about an inch and a quarter max in size, so they are great for getting algae and detritus off of frags, rock work, and substrate as they’ll move around your whole tank in search of food. When they aren’t moving, you can find them sleeping most likely on your rock work nestled away in their shell, usually coming out when there is food or right before the lights go out.
