Emperor Tetra (Nematobrycon palmeri)

The Emperor Tetra belongs to the Nematobrycon Genus. This fish is found in the soft and acidic waters of the Atrato and San Juan River basins in Columbia. They are relatively easy to breed in the home aquarium and can handle water parameters up to moderate hardness.
