Harlequin Shrimp

The Harlequin Shrimp is a beautiful shrimp that is great pest control for Asterina stars which can take over tanks and munch on prized Zoas. These shrimp are obligate feeder, so they will only eat starfish (possibly other enchinoderms such as urchins). They are usually found in pairs in the wild and can go up to 2 weeks without food (I wouldn’t wait more than a week before giving them more starfish).
