Red Thorny Starfish

The Red Thorny Starfish is a great starfish that adds a pop of color and some uniqueness to any tank. They seem to be known as non reef safe, but in my experience with them, they can be kept in reef tanks. They are grazers so seaweed strips and supplemental feeding will reduce any chances of them eating any corals or anemones. It is still a risk considering they are documented to be coral eaters, but from my years of experience with them they are very reef safe.
