Albino Corydoras
Corydoras breathe two ways at once: gills for the water column, and a modified hindgut that lets them dash to the surface, gulp air, and absorb oxygen straight through the intestinal wall. It's a backup system built for stagnant, oxygen-poor Amazon backwaters, and you'll still see healthy tank-raised fish dart up for a gulp out of habit. This albino line trades pigment for a soft pink-and-gold sheen, but keeps the same whiskered, bottom-scouring personality.
