Blue Eye Albino Bushynose Pleco (Ancistrus sp.)

Albinism knocks out melanin production throughout the body, which is why this bushynose loses its normal mottled coloring — but the pale-blue eye color survives completely intact, since that blue comes from structural, light-scattering elements in the iris rather than pigment. It's the same bristly-snout bushynose underneath, and just as easy to sex by bristle density once mature.
