Corydoras Decker
Decker's cory is one of the more recently exported members of the genus, and like a lot of newer Corydoras imports, it wears a mottled, almost marbled pattern that scientists suspect helps individual fish recognize shoal-mates in murky, tannin-stained water. Corys are famously nearsighted, relying on barbels and lateral-line sensing more than eyesight to navigate — which is exactly why they stick so close together.
