Eagle Eye Zoanthid
A distinct zoanthid morph named for the ringed, eye-like pattern in its center, colored in a striking green-and-gold combination that shows best under blue-heavy lighting. Like the rest of the Zoanthus and Palythoa family, it's a colonial soft coral that spreads as a mat across rock, genuinely tolerant of a wide range of light and flow, and one of the better starting corals for someone new to the hobby. The same standard caution applies as with any zoanthid: some individuals and species in this family produce palytoxin, so handle frags with gloves and keep your hands away from your face and eyes during any coral maintenance.
