Gem Tang (Zebrasoma gemmatum)

Zebrasoma gemmatum is about as close to a blue-chip fish as the hobby gets — a deep chocolate body scattered with small, precise blue spots like scattered gemstones, native almost exclusively to Mauritius and priced accordingly. Rarity aside, it behaves like any other Zebrasoma: a steady algae grazer that rewards patience and excellent water quality.
