Gold Rim Tang (Acanthurus nigricans)

The Gold Rim Tang wears a dark, blue-black body outlined in a fine gold trim along the dorsal, anal, and tail fins, with a bright white patch just behind the eye that gives it a permanently surprised expression. Hardy and a solid algae grazer, it fits the same "keep one per tank" rule every Acanthurus surgeonfish follows once territories are drawn.
