Kerry Blue Emperor Tetra (Nematobrycon palmeri)

A selectively bred emperor tetra where the normally subtle purple-gold sheen intensifies into a deep, saturated blue, named for the same striking color the Kerry Blue Terrier is known for. Otherwise built exactly like a standard emperor tetra: deep-bodied, calm, and a genuine schooler rather than a loner. The blue reads strongest under decent lighting in a tight group.
