Long-Fin Dragonscale Male Betta (Betta splendens)
This one stacks two separate mutations, the thick metallic guanine of dragonscale and the extended ray growth of long-fin genetics, into a betta trailing fins nearly as long as its body while still catching light like polished metal. The extra fin surface area means slower, more deliberate swimming than a standard betta, so open water suits him better than current. Keep him solo, as always.
Care level: Easy · Temperament: Aggressive toward other bettas · Max size: ~3.5" · Min tank: 5 gal · Diet: Carnivore, betta pellets + frozen
