Pennywort (Hydrocotyle Leucocephala)

Brazilian Pennywort is a wonderfully versatile plant, sending up round, coin-shaped leaves on long stems that can be planted in substrate, left to climb, or floated across the surface. It's fast, forgiving, and undemanding — a great water-column feeder that soaks up excess nutrients. Floating growth also gives fry and shrimp welcome overhead cover.
