Yellow Tang
Yellow Tangs are about as recognizable as reef fish get — solid, saturated yellow from nose to tail — but they have a party trick most keepers never see: at night, the color drains to a blotchy white-and-red "sleep pattern" that would fool anyone into thinking it's a different fish entirely. Hardy and constantly grazing, it's one of the better starter tangs provided it has room to actually swim.
