Aurora Shrimp Goby (Amblyeleotris aurora)
Like most shrimp gobies, the Aurora runs on a strict division of labor: the pistol shrimp digs and defends the burrow with a claw that can snap shut fast enough to stun prey with a shockwave, and the goby, with better eyesight and faster reflexes, handles security. Its soft coral-pink wash and dotted fins make it one of the better-looking members of a genus that isn't exactly short on options.
