Bellus Angelfish (Genicanthus bellus) - Female
Bellus Angelfish belong to Genicanthus, a genus of angelfish that broke from family tradition — instead of guarding a reef territory, they hover in loose groups in open water above the reef, feeding on plankton. Males and females look different enough to be mistaken for separate species; this is a mature female in her soft orange-and-blue coloring. Peaceful for an angelfish and one of the better-behaved choices around large-polyp coral.
