Colony Feather Duster Cluster (Bispira brunnea)
Each worm in this cluster builds its own parchment-like tube and never leaves it, feeding entirely through a crown of feathery radioles fanned out to catch drifting particulates — get too close and the whole thing vanishes back into its tube in a fraction of a second, a reflex fast enough to catch anyone off guard the first time they see it. Getting a whole colony established at once means an instant, ever-moving centerpiece instead of waiting years for a single feather duster to multiply on its own.
Care level: Easy · Light: Low-moderate · Flow: Moderate · Placement: Rockwork, out of direct high flow · Diet: Filter feeder, phytoplankton/suspended particulates
