Corydoras Rabauti
Rabaut's cory wears a warm orange-bronze cast through the head and shoulders that fades toward a darker body, a color break that's sharper in well-fed, well-kept specimens than in stressed ones — making it a handy visual gauge of how a tank's actually doing. It shoals tightly with its own kind but mixes fine with other small Corydoras, all of them working the substrate on the same barbel-driven foraging schedule.
Care level: Easy · Temperament: Peaceful, shoaling · Max size: ~2.5" · Min tank: 20 gal · Diet: Omnivore, sinking pellets + occasional live/frozen
