Dussumier Tang (Acanthurus dussumieri)

The Dussumieri Tang wears a fine orange line tracing back from the eye against an otherwise understated brown-and-yellow body — subtle by tang standards, but it makes for a genuinely hardy, adaptable addition to a large system. Like the rest of Acanthurus, that "eyestripe" marking and the folding tail scalpel are the two features worth knowing before it joins a mixed tang tank.
