Fiji Devil's Damsel

Devil's Damsels earn the name honestly — dark, almost menacing coloring paired with a temperament that turns from tolerable to territorial fast as they settle into a tank. That toughness makes them one of the most reliable cycling fish in the hobby, able to shrug off the ammonia and nitrite swings of an aquarium that isn't fully established yet.
