Green Huchtii Anthias (Pseudanthias huchtii)
On the reef, Hutchi Anthias hang in loose clouds over current-swept drop-offs, picking zooplankton out of the water column nonstop from dawn to dusk — that constant-motion feeding style is exactly why anthias have such a reputation for needing frequent small meals in captivity rather than one big feeding. Soft green coloring and a shoaling instinct make it a fish that looks better in numbers than alone.
Care level: Moderate · Temperament: Peaceful, shoaling · Max size: ~4" · Min tank: 55 gal · Diet: Carnivore, small meaty foods, frequent feedings
