Micro Sword

Micro Sword (Lilaeopsis brasiliensis) forms a true grassy carpet of short, narrow blades that spread across the foreground by runners. Given bright light it stays low and dense, creating the look of a manicured lawn at the front of the tank. It's slower to establish than some carpets and appreciates CO2, but the tidy, turf-like result is worth the patience.
