Schismatoglottis prietoi is a compact, slow-growing rhizome plant with small, stiff, dark-green leaves textured with a subtly bubbled surface, much like a Bucephalandra. Attach its rhizome to wood or rock rather than burying it, and it thrives in low light with no CO2. A neat, understated accent for shaded hardscape.
