The Sicce Shark is an internal (in-sump) needle-wheel protein skimmer delivering exceptional skimming performance for its size class. The needle-wheel impeller shreds air into millions of microbubbles, creating a dense foam column that efficiently strips dissolved organics before they decompose into nitrates and phosphates. The collection cup is easy to remove and clean without special tools. Internal placement in the sump or refugium eliminates the space and plumbing requirements of external skimmers. Available in Shark 150 (for systems up to 40 gallons) and Shark 300 (for systems up to 80 gallons).
