Starfire Red GLO Barb

Red was one of the first colors stabilized when the GloFish fluorescent gene moved from pollution-biosensor research into the commercial pet trade in the early 2000s, and it's carried here on an active, schooling barb base. The heritable glow doesn't change the underlying temperament, still a fish that can nip in a small group and settles down considerably once kept in real numbers. Aim for six or more.
