Vallisneria Nana

Vallisneria nana is the fine-textured val, growing very narrow, dark-green grass-like blades that sway gracefully in the current. Though it can grow tall, its slender leaves keep it airy rather than bulky, making a soft background or even midground screen. Easy and fast by runners, it needs no CO2 to thrive.
