A visit every two weeks — twenty-six a year, and the cadence most of the hobby actually runs on. For an established, sensibly stocked system, it is genuinely enough.
One honest note on the arithmetic: a true fortnightly cycle is 26 visits a year, not 24, and that is how we schedule it — you are not quietly donating two visits to the calendar.
What every visit includes
- Full parameter panel — logged, trended, and sent to you after every visit
- Equipment checked and consumables swapped on schedule, before they fail
- Livestock delivered and installed into your system from our quarantined-to-order program
- Priority answers, and a between-visit callout each quarter
The guarantee
Livestock our team installs on this plan carries a 2-month live guarantee — the same guarantee our Weekly and Every 10 Days clients get. We picked the animal, quarantined it, and installed it; we stand behind it.
Where biweekly stops
What changes above this cadence is not the livestock guarantee — you already have it. It is how much of the system's day-to-day condition we can take responsibility for. Fourteen days is long enough for a top-off to fail or alkalinity to drift with nobody watching, so on a heavily stocked reef — or a system that has surprised you before — Every 10 Days is the point where we can promise the result instead of hoping for it. That is the honest reason to step up. More visits for their own sake is not.

Prices shown are Zone 1 (New Milford and immediate neighbors). Other zones add the listed per-visit travel premium — the drive is real time, so it's priced like the rest of the visit. Not sure of your zone? Ask, or book the on-site consultation and we'll confirm it.
Over 300 gallons and multi-system homes are quoted per project. Prices cover our core service area around New Milford; further out, ask and we will quote you one blended number.
Every plan begins with a System Audit & Reset, credited toward your first month when you start service at that visit. Livestock orders over $350 ship free as standard. All four cadences sit side by side on the services overview.
Biweekly keeps a good tank good. Pick it for the system that has earned it.
