A lobby aquarium is the first thing every visitor looks at. When it is right, nobody comments — when it is wrong, it is the only thing they remember about the visit. Commercial service exists so that it is always right, and so that nobody on your staff ever has to think about it.
What commercial service includes
- Scheduled visits on a fixed day, worked around your business hours — off-hours access accommodated
- Certificate of insurance on file with your building
- Full parameter panel each visit, logged and reported to whoever needs the paper trail
- Equipment checked and consumables swapped before they fail — not after a customer notices
- Livestock delivered and installed from our quarantined-to-order program
- Priority response — a lobby tank problem is not a next-week problem
The guarantee
Both commercial cadences run at two or more visits a month, so livestock our team installs carries a 2-month live guarantee. For a tank your customers see every day we recommend Every 10 Days — the gap between trained eyes on the system never exceeds ten days, which is how a display stays boring in the only good sense of the word.

Prices shown are Zone 1 (New Milford and immediate neighbors). Other zones add the listed per-visit travel premium — the drive is real time, so it's priced like the rest of the visit. Not sure of your zone? Ask, or book the on-site consultation and we'll confirm it.
Weekly service, installations over 300 gallons, multi-tank facilities and multi-site accounts are quoted per project. We deliberately do not sell monthly commercial service — a business tank on one visit a month is a reputational risk for both of us. Sites outside our core area are quoted as one blended number.
Every account begins with a System Audit & Reset — deep clean, full workup, equipment audit, written plan — credited toward the first month. Livestock orders over $350 ship free as standard. The full service line is laid out on the services overview.
