The first visit on a tank we have not managed before is not a routine service call. It is a full reset, and it is where we find out what is actually going on in your system — including the things the previous routine quietly worked around.

$494.99, flat. Start a maintenance plan at that visit and the full amount is credited toward your first month — the audit effectively becomes free the moment you decide the tank deserves the plan.

This visit is required before any maintenance plan starts, and not as a formality: we will not take responsibility for a system before we know what we are taking on.
